Initial In-Home Consultation

During your initial in-home consultation, we go over your vision, goals, ideas, and priorities for your home renovation. We also go over the possible timeline for the project, take measurements, and pictures. Lastly, we will schedule a time to meet again with our designer to address all the design aspects and details of your specific project.

Design and Selection Process

The design and selection process for your exquisite home will begin with a one-on-one appointment with our designer and master craftsmen.  Here, we will discuss your concept for the home and what you are hoping to achieve. We will then create a set of conceptual designs and layouts to help visualize your dream project. After receiving your feedback, we will refine the plans and finalize material selections for your detailed proposal. This process ensures that your home is everything you’ve ever wanted and more.

Detailed Proposal

A detailed proposal is drafted based on the finalization of the design and selection process.  This is to ensure that all of the work put into the project will be carried out to your liking. In addition, a cost estimate will be given for each stage of the project. This allows for complete transparency and for you to know exactly what you are paying for.

Pre-Construction and Construction

As work begins, our team makes a conscious effort to achieve comfortable living conditions throughout the demolition, building, and the final stages of the construction process – ensuring your home is clean and safe. We do this by completely masking off the work areas, and covering walkways & flooring to protect against dust and debris.   Our master craftsmen are also available to answer any questions you may have during this process.

Final Walk-Through

After your home renovation project is complete, we’ll schedule a final walk-through with you. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our work before we close the project. This is an opportunity to discuss the entire renovation experience, as well as any concerns you may have. During this time you will be presented with your warranty information and determine any punch list items that need to be addressed. Executive Craftsman stands behind our work because we know how important your home is to you – we honestly want to make you a satisfied customer for life.
